We were pleasantly surprised with the guest room featuring a balcony and the convenient location, just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit, including the nice surprise of Bar de Penia just 1 km away.

Good home base for exploring Canazei. Very professional people working here, perfect place. Absolutely perfect location in the heart of town. A good choice of food options not too far from the venue. Beautifully decorated and brand-new hotel units with a balcony.

Amazing mountain views!
The staff were super chill and like, really friendly, especially Nino! Our room was comfy with fine views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was yum with lots of options! Just wish the parking lot wasn't so icy, it made getting around a bit tricky. A fab experience.

The location is perfect , right by the cable car to Belvedere. The fresh breakfast kept us fueled for the day. The staff were genuinely friendly! We even got a pleasant room upgrade.

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Queen in Canazei. the hotel is beautiful, with a great location near two cable cars and a lovely walk around the river. Our room with a view of the forest was luxurious and the bathroom was beautiful, complete with bathrobes. the outdoor bar in front of the hotel offered stunning views of the mountains and the cable cars, along with great drinks and wine. the breakfast was satisfactory, with delicious coffee. We were also excited about the new wellness center being built, although we didn't have the chance to use it.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location couldn't be better - right next to the ski lifts and trails, and just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. I loved sitting outside in the evening, surrounded by trees, enjoying a drink. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. And the best part? They allow pets!
I have to admit, there were a couple of downsides. The towels provided in our room were quite small, but this was an easy fix.
